As Lead Art Director and Manager I oversee the entire creative department. My mission at Bare Tree Media is to articulate a clear vision for the studio's creative direction. This involves understanding market trends, audience preferences, and technological advancements in mobile platforms.
When I first came onto the team my main priority was to clarify and refine the studio's creative vision to ensure it resonates with current market trends and audience preferences. I expanded our expertise to include long form video formats in the digital advertising space that supports multiple industries including non-profits and healthcare. In addition to diversifying our clientele and expertise I built our brand aesthetic, implemented a career growth system, and cultivated an environment that would inspire my team to push the boundaries of creativity.
Creative Manager at Bare Tree Media
In collaboration with the marketing team at Warner Bros., I directed the digital marketing campaign for A Minecraft Movie featuring creative on TikTok, GIPHY, Samsung, Facebook and Instagram. I managed the team as Art Director, Project Manager, and Lead Animator.
One of the most exciting projects was building a 3D “Minecraft” themed movie theater to promote the film being shown in ScreenX theaters worldwide. This was used as video content on social media showcasing the movie trailer.
A Minecraft Movie
Warner Bros collaborated with fusion partners to kick off “Block Week” (a riff on Shark Week) where each partner would post their Minecraft themed logo across social platforms to promote “A Minecraft Movie”. My team designed, modeled, textured, and rendered 40 different 3d logos in the blockified Minecraft theme for the campaign.

Searchlight reached out to our studio to design messaging stickers for the upcoming release of their award winning film Poor Things.
The aesthetic of the film can be described as surreal, fantastical, and evocative. With this in mind I planned three visual concepts that my team of illustrators brought to life. We designed Tim Burtonesque, gothic, and playful styles that the team at Searchlight loved. The breathtaking victorian-age costume design was something we wanted to highlight, especially since the themes of the film are so well represented in the clothing details.

My team pitched three messaging sticker concepts to Warner Bros. to help promote the movie Wonka. In order to bring to life the whimsy and magic of Willy Wonka I took inspiration from story book characters and implemented color schemes from the film itself.
In addition to Warner Bros. moving forward with our whimsical illustrated concept, we collaborated to create live action rotoscoped stickers.
